After the material is transported to the place of inspection, it is cleaned from all other materials by hand using careful survey and classified on different stocks. The material is then rolled and cut by a roll cutter machine and made flat.

Using a crusher, the material is broken into small pieces. As a result, on the next level of production it is easier for hot water to penetrate into the paper, while polyethylene and pulp stimulate materials to detach. The crushed material is packed and sorted out on stocks. |

Segregated polyethylene burns in the incinerator.
Heat is released and used for making warm water, which is then used in the pulper.
Polyethylene that is left over is used on tomatoes farm, as well.


The cohesion of sediment and microorganisms are used to manage the purification of large quantities of water used in the factory, so that clean water is released.
